Denise is the CEO of The Career Mompreneur™ and an experienced finance & accounting leader with over 10+ years of experience in Corporate America. She is currently an assistant marketing director with over 5+ years of marketing experience. She gained education and experience in personal financial coaching and planning. She has a diverse background in finance, marketing, accounting, and brand strategy with a passion for teaching others how to achieve financial freedom.

She holds a MBA in Finance & Financial Markets, MBA in Marketing & Strategic Marketing & Leadership Services from Arizona State University. In addition, she has a  Master of Science in Finance from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from DePaul University. 

Anita Sharma Aderinkomi is a motivated health care leader who is passionate about transforming “sickcare” into healthcare by connecting the dots in the ecosystem and challenging the status quo. As a stragegic partner and change agent, she strive to empower and develop others.As a new mother, she is passionate about empowering other women to bring their authenticity and “super mom skills” into their careers.

She has her doctorate in pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, post graduate residency training in primary care through The University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy, and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Saint Thomas in Minnesota. She is also a Board Certified Ambulatory Care pharmacist and has her Lean Bronze certification through the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. 

Melody Bell is a manager with 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, tax, and change management across all industries including oil & gas, transportation, retail, healthcare, and biotech. Mrs. Bell is a results-driven engagement leader with a proven track-record of impactful process improvement, efficient project management, and effective communication.  She is a mom first and has a passion for others to reach their financial goals.  When she is not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

She holds a MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from The University of Chicago, a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Accounting from DePaul University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). 

Karla is a skilled recruiter with 10 years of experience staffing and recruiting in multiple industries, including marketing, finance, accounting, and healthcare for companies of all sizes, including Fortune 500 companies. Her passion is helping ambitious professionals take their careers to the next level and finding top talent that will positively impact the business. When she is not connecting with potential candidates, Karla runs her own luxury candle business, Carrion Collections. Making a candle, just like making the right hire, takes time. But boy is it worth the wait.

She holds a Bachelors in Liberal Arts & Sciences, English Concentration in Media, Rhetorical & Cultural Studies from UIC.

Alethea Session has played an integral role in developing and implementing business strategies and solutions to help companies improve processes, streamline operations, maximize resources, reduce costs, and achieve financial performance objectives. Throughout her career, she has repeatedly been tapped as the "go-to" person with the solid financial background and strong business acumen to recognize issues, and develop solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders while driving improvements at the bottom.

She holds a MBA in Strategic Management from Texas A&M, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas and is an adjunct faculty member at the Mesa Community College.

Alayna Joseph is a mom, entrepreneur and public health professional. She is a Florida native living in the valley of the sun, and loves all things warm. In her professional experience she has built a solid skill set in the areas of sales, operations, marketing, wellness and leadership. She has a wide range of knowledge that is sure to be valuable to anyone she coaches. In her free time, she loves spending time with her son, hanging with friends and learning new things. Women’s empowerment is a big part of her life's purpose and she is excited to be a part of the Career Mompreneur team!

Chioma Onoh is an IT Business Analyst who is  driven and purposeful. She graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago, and currently pursuing her MBA at DePaul Univesity.  She joined The Career Mompreneur (TCM) team as a IT business analyst intern with the goal to be more financially literate, learn how to bridge financial gap for individuals and businesses, while achieving financial freedom. She will work alongside the CEO in multiple aspects of the business and provide operations and IT improvement solutions on several assigned tasks and projects. She is really excited for the growth and the Impact that The Career Mompreneur (TCM) is going have on individuals and businesses.”

Muirisha Lavender is a passionate healthcare provider set on understanding health economics and the intricacies of the US healthcare landscape to transform how Americans access affordable, innovative and data-driven medicines and medical devices. She believes in the power of women, especially as healthcare decision makers, and hopes to empower more women to take on leadership roles in healthcare industry. 

In her free time, she is an avid traveler, novice historian, and sidecar racer with her father and sister. She is also the mother of Toby, an Australian cattle dog mix and 100% good boy.
