HOW IT GOT STARTED

Denise Ochigbo  is a wife and a mom, who is originally from Chicago, IL . I hold a Bachelors of Science in Finance & Accounting.  In addition I hold a  double Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Business of Administration (MBA) in Finance, and a Master of Science in Finance and Financial Markets. I gained extensive knowledge and work experience in accounting, finance, financial planning, investing, marketing, strategy, and brand management for over 15+  years.  For years, I have served as a finance & accounting leader in the healthcare and financial services industry. I transitioned into brand management launching some of the world class healthcare brands in the US & Globally. I always enjoyed personal financial planning and teaching my tax clients about finance to achieve financial freedom. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started writing about how to balance corporate career, entrepreneurship, and all things related to motherhood. I founded The Career Mompreneur (TCM) with a mission to teach others how to balance a career, business, and motherhood while living all over the world achieving financial freedom.
